Spokojna 3, 44-109 Gliwice, for communication related to the use of the atestgaz.pl newsletter. This processing is based on Article 23, paragraph 1, point 1, and paragraph 2 of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883), as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Providing personal data is voluntary. Users have the right to access and correct their data.

Spokojna 3, 44-109 Gliwice, via electronic communication, particularly by email, per the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
