1/1 Gas Detectors Teta EcoWent Product code: PW-105-CO Teta EcoWent gas detector is monitoring devices designed to check carbon monoxide concentrations in open-access confined spaces (garages and underground car parks). See full description Functionalities: Certificates: Product description Technical details Supported gases Teta EcoWent is an addressable Gas Detector for sensing carbon monoxide (CO) concentrations, designed as part of Teta Gas Safety System. The device performs cyclical measurements of gas concentration in the air, then the information on correct operation or exceeding the set thresholds is transmitted to the user by controls flashing on the detector. Communication between the detector and the compatible Control Unit takes place through power supply and signalling bus Teta BUS. The system is designed as installer-friendly – it allows any order of wires during connection of power supply and data bus. Teta EcoWent is compatible with Teta miniDet detectors, thus creating a complete CO and LPG Detection System. Key advantages of detector: Unique addressing of each device – The Teta Gas System offers easy and clear assignment and verification of addresses associated with every single Teta EcoWent detector. The Control Unit provides information about each individual detector separately for every single device. Two-wired bus – Both power voltage and data signals are transmitted via a single and commonly available two-wired cable, e.g. of YDY type – no twisted-pair lines, shielding screens, etc. Electrochemical sensors – that type of sensors is applied to measure concentration of CO to enable continuous monitoring with steady tripping threshold and with no false alarms. This, in consequence, guarantees reliable control of ventilation systems and alarms that warn about a hazard of carbon monoxide poisoning. Such sensors are also impervious to humidity, oscillation of ambient temperature and presence other gases.
